Our Guidance Specialist team is passionate about helping our members and specialise in retirement planning and guidance.
Whether you're planning for the future or managing your super today, they take the time to listen and understand your unique needs. They connect you with the right tools and resources across our teams to ensure you have the support you need.
From conducting a Super Health Check—covering topics like retirement plans, investment options, and contributions—to assisting with forms and calculators, they provide clear, actionable guidance.
The Guidance Specialist services are at no additional cost to members.

Meet John
John has been a part of the TelstraSuper Guidance Specialist team for 3 years. He has a Diploma of Financial Planning and is aspiring to become an adviser.
With more than 30 years of experience in finance and business, John is uniquely capable to understand our members challenges and concerns.
