Important information

  • If a payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the previous business day.
  • If you wish to change your payment amount, frequency or the bank account details your payments are paid into, TelstraSuper must receive this instruction 7 business days prior to when your next payment is due to guarantee processing.
  • If you are changing your banking details, it is important you don’t close your existing bank account until you have confirmed receipt of your income stream payments into your new bank account.

When will my payment be in my bank account?

This depends on your banking institution, usually between 1 and 2 business days after we have processed the payment. TelstraSuper cannot control the time it takes for your bank to credit your account. Members can still see the payment transactions earlier than the payment dates disclosed but the payment will only be released on the disclosed date.
